Built on faith. Backed by fire.

Bleigh Street on York started in the middle of the unknown. No roadmap - no investors - just me, a grill, and a calling I couldn’t ignore.

During the pandemic, I was cooking out of my childhood home on Bleigh Street in Holmesburg. Not a restaurant, just a rowhome.

What started as survival became purpose. I didn’t know what I was building. It’s not just about the food. It’s about the people. The comeback.

This place is proof that when you walk in faith and lead with love, God makes room for the vision.

Now we’re here - Bleigh Street…on York. Still cooking. Still grateful. Still His.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” -Romans 8:28
